1. Who we are

pkbid (pkbid.com) is operated by Hadique Tahir, a sole proprietor (business not yet registered), Islamabad, Pakistan. Contact: hadiquetahir@gmail.com.

2. What pkbid does

pkbid helps bidders prepare proposals for tenders published on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority’s e-procurement system (epms.ppra.gov.pk). You build a company profile, choose a tender and enter your prices; pkbid then drafts a set of bid documents using automated tools, including AI language models.

pkbid is a drafting aid only. It does not submit bids, does not act on your behalf with any procuring agency, and is not a substitute for a lawyer, consultant or your own professional judgement.

pkbid is not affiliated with PPRA or any procuring agency. Tender information is taken from public tender notices and documents and may be incomplete, out of date or wrongly read. It is provided for convenience only and is not an official or legal record. Always check the official tender documents.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must give accurate company information. Drafts are built from what you provide.
• You must read and review every document thoroughly before you submit it. Drafts can contain errors or omissions. You alone decide what to submit, sign and certify, and you are responsible for the bid you submit.
• Declarations, affidavits, undertakings and similar documents drafted by pkbid are templates only. They are not legal advice and have no legal effect until you check them, make them true for your business and sign them yourself.
• You set your own prices. pkbid does not advise on rates.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not misuse the service: no false declarations, no attempts to access other accounts, and no automated scraping or reselling of pkbid output as a service.

4. No guarantee of award

pkbid does not guarantee that a bid will be accepted, qualify or win a contract, or that a draft meets every requirement of a particular tender. Nothing pkbid produces is legal advice or a legal opinion on a tender, its conditions or your eligibility.

5. Plans and credits

• Each proposal uses one credit. A new account receives 1 free credit.
• Paid plans: Individual Rs. 10,000 for 3 proposals a month, Enterprise Rs. 25,000 for 12 proposals a month. While a plan is active you can buy single extra proposals for Rs. 4,000 each. Current prices are always on the pricing page.
• Soft-launch offer: until we announce its end on the pricing page, these are discounted to Rs. 8,000 (Individual), Rs. 20,000 (Enterprise) and Rs. 3,000 per extra proposal. A period you have already paid for keeps the price you paid.
• Plan credits are for the period they belong to and lapse when it ends. Extra proposals bought separately do not lapse at period end.
• If a proposal run fails on our side, its credit is returned to your account automatically.
• Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Payments

Bank transfer (current method). You pay by bank transfer to the account shown on the pricing page and send the payment screenshot to us on WhatsApp. We add your credits once we have checked the payment. A plan paid by bank transfer runs for 30 days and does not renew by itself; to continue, you pay again.

Card payments (when available). Card payments are processed by Safepay and renew monthly until you cancel. pkbid does not receive or store your card details. Your plan and credits change only after Safepay confirms a payment to us.

7. Your content

You own your company information and the documents drafted for you. You allow pkbid to store and process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep pkbid available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features or these terms; if a change materially affects paid plans, we will tell you before it applies.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, pkbid is not liable for indirect losses, including lost bids, contracts or profits, or for any loss caused by a document you submitted without checking it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to pkbid in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time from Settings; we then permanently delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Islamabad.
